(0:26) Then, under the Biden administration, the illegally imported 20 million foreign nationals (0:32) could drive trucks and cars without a driver's examination.(0:37) They didn't have to read English. (0:39) Now, those drivers are out there. (0:41) But under Mr. Trump, this may change.On the Oklahoma-Arkansas border, state troopers arrested 73 people who had licenses but no legal status.
