November 5, 2024, Holy Rosary (Sorrowful Mysteries)

Friends of the Rosary, November is dedicated to the Holy Souls in Purgatory, whose feast was celebrated on November 2. Also, this month, on November 24, the last Sunday of the Liturgical Year, is the Solemnity of Christ the King. This feast highlights Jesus’ royalty as God the Creator, the Word Incarnate, and the Redeemer. As we read in the Gospel today (Luke 14:15-24), the King of Kings invites us to a wedding feast in Heaven. And we must respond.
