Now Screaming: SINNERS + another film we definitely watched

Some movies bust da block.. others are just made out of …..blocks …..and um ..chicken jockeys. Turning their eyes wearily back to the big screen for the first Now Screaming ep in quite a while, Noah and Eliza deFiNeTeLy sAw A Minecraft Movie!!! yeEEsss!!! it’s almost like the blocks are an uncredited main character it’s almost like the chicken jockey was my dead wife the whole time !!!!The release that gets our real attention is Ryan Coogler’s fiery genre mash-up Sinners, a Jim Crow-era vampire bash that strikes us with its impassioned ideas and ritzy IMAX storytelling. it’s good!! maybe the movies aren’t dead?? maybe like vampires they’ll just keep coming back for another chompe ??SHOW NOTES:Sorry that we lie at the very top of this episode!
