Nutrition Education Gaps

Natalie is joined by Jenn Trepeck from the podcast, Salad with a Side of Fries. Jenn will be filling in some of the education gaps we as a society have about nutrition and how it relates to the lack of education we have about our mental and emotional wellness. Both women will give some insight to their relationship with food and the emotions that go along with planning on what to eat.
