NYC-based Canadian saxophonist, clarinetist and composer Quinsin Nachoff is one of the truly bright younger jazz minds hereabouts” (GLOBE&MAIL) His most recent project, Flux, is with the saxophonist David Binney, keyboardist Matt Mitchell and drummer Kenny Wollesen. Ottawa Citizen critic Peter Hum described Flux’s debut concert at the Ottawa International Jazz Festival’s Winterlude as “a pure, bracing, thought-provoking music…cliche-and convention-free” and “advanced and viscerally hard-hitting original music”. Neon Jazz is a radio program airing since 2011. Hosted by Joe Dimino and Engineered by John Christopher in Kansas City, Missouri giving listeners a journey into one of America's finest inventions.
