Today I'm joined by Dr. Matt Motchkavitz Ph.D, founder of The Excellence Incorporated Company to talk about the importance of goals - just in time to kick off 2026.Matt started the company with a mission to teach practical life skills and this is done via a variety of mediums including seminars, takeaway training programmes, events and tangible products such as books.
