Here's what to know:This past year, several factors have impacted high-quality oat supply:→ Droughts across farmlands have led to devastating grasshopper infestations and fires→ Many farmers have replaced oats with more profitable crops like corn→ The high demand for oat milk has increased prices and reduced availabilityBottom line: manufacturers may have trouble sourcing safe gluten free oats.
