ODEI's Strategic Plan: students asked to offer feedback soon (part 2)

This episode is the second part of a two-part series about Chatham University's diversity, equity and inclusion strategic plan. Upcoming information sessions will share the plan with students, faculty, and staff before it is officially announced this summer. Dr. Kristen Dukes, vice president of diversity, equity and inclusion, shares a preview of the plan and the process by which it was created by the Diversity and Inclusion Council. She also provides her unique insights on the campus climate and her predictions for what Chatham will look like in the next couple of years.
