636 复习-er，-le，-ow 结尾的双音节形容词两种变形都可以：clever | cleverer/more clever | cleverest/the most clever 聪明的，机灵的simple | simpler/more simple | simplest/the most simple 简单的，容易的narrow | narrower/more narrow | narrowest/the most narrow 狭窄的quiet | quieter/more quiet | quietest/the most quiet 安静的（相似拼写：quite 很，非常，相当）只能用more和the most/least变形的双音节形容词：-ful结尾useful 有用的，有帮助的more useful 更有用的（不说 usefuller！）This dictionary is more useful than the one we had before.这本词典比我们以前的那本更有用。the one we had before 我们以前有的那本（词典）the most useful 最有用的（不说 usefullest！）The most useful tool in a kitchen is a good knife.厨房里最有用的工具是一把好刀。tool 工具careful 小心的，仔细的，认真的Be more careful.（你）要更加小心。（不说 Be carefuller！）boring  无聊的，乏味的，枯燥的That was the most boring movie I've ever seen.那是我看过的最无聊的电影。the most boring movie 最无聊的电影如果我们不确定双音节形容词要怎么变形的时候，最安全的方法是比较级前面用more，最高级用the most。
