Lindsey Sandoval spent years buying leads from Zillow, REDX, Mojo and Vulcan 7. Now she spends ten dollars a day and the money never touches a coach. One of them arrived from Connecticut, where she could not list the property and had to find an agent inside the eXp referral network who could. She also holds a loan officer license, so on some files she is handling the mortgage and the sale at the same time.
