Off The Record 7-9-24: East End Master Plan

When the San Miguel County Planning Commission adopted the East End Master Plan last month, it marked a milestone. Not only did it bring to end a years-long process which spurred a passionate — and political — conversation in our region, it also replaced a 35 year-old document.
