Office of the Tax Ombud publishes Draft Report into alleged e-Filing Profile Hijacking for public comment

The Office of the Tax Ombud yesterday published its Draft Report into alleged e-Filing Profile Hijacking for public comment. The aim  is to identify factors that make taxpayers vulnerable to e-Filing profile hijackings, to evaluate SARS's response mechanisms to taxpayers and suggest areas for improvement .
