Ya’ll this is such a long time in the making….. Almost a  freaking YEAR to be exact! 

I've always loved to chat. In fact my family would tell ya that I started talking very young and haven't stopped since. 

Connecting with you all and talking about all aspects of life really sets my soul on fire, which is why I created this podcast! 

And let’s be honest, this sassy Italian woman CANNOT be contained by the word limit on an IG post, I have things to say!

I had been dying to create a space to have more in depth conversations with you regarding alllllll of the things!

So I created one, and here it FINALLY is!

A place where I can talk to ya’ll  about everything  mind, body and soul.... with of course Extra SPARKLES! 

Join me in having conversations about life, health, spirituality, love, dating or just to hear what the heck I am going to say next!
