Oilers visit Fortress as Pacific race tightens

The Edmonton Oilers visit T-Mobile Arena Tuesday night. An Oilers victory and two points, would put them close to VGK. They would trail the Golden Knights by just three points. This is an important four-point game. VGK beat Edmonton on the road in the first meeting when Noah Hannifin scored twice. VGK erupted for three goals in the final period to put the game away. Adin Hill stopped 27 ot 29 shots in that game. Connor McDavid played sparingly in the first meeting as he was coming off an injury.
