Surgido na Itália no fim dos anos 1980, o movimento slow food – comer devagar - foi pensado para contrapor a ideia de fast food - comida rápida - e, geralmente, nada saudável. Nesta quinta-feira (08), Sergei Cobra conversa com a vice-presidente da Sociedade Brasileira de Nutrição, Daniela Cierro. A profissional explica a vertente nutricional e responde a dúvidas comuns do dia a dia quanto à alimentação. Para a nutricionista, “é um movimento que prega o respeito e nos faz pensar, desde a forma como a gente come até sobre políticas públicas”. Daniela afirma também que os principais problemas de uma alimentação errática, baseada em fast food, é o conglomerado de doenças crônicas que, com o tempo, aparecem. Questionada se o mundo vive uma crise no sistema alimentar, Daniela confirma que sim e diz que “já estamos vivendo isso há mundo tempo, e parece que damos um passo para a frente e cinco para trás”. E a nutricionista conclui: “Comer não é só colocar um alimento na boca, é uma relação. A primeira que a gente faz na vida, que é com o alimento”, declara.
