Old Rinkrank

Self-defence requires self-esteem. Self-esteem comes from kindness. The King's daughter, held captive by old man Rinkrank, was forced to care for him as a cook and housemaid. The only was out was to fight in an act of self-defence. How did her self-esteem build in such a horrid situation. She was captured for years! Her acts of kindness must have been reminding her of her good nature, and highlighting the wrong-doing of the recipient of such kindness. This all built up until she couldn't take it anymore. There are situations in life where we must stick up for ourselves.
