"Old School Technology" by Steve AdamsI am enjoying a relatively peaceful evening which is rare.  I have settled in with a good video and have a bowl of Pistachio nuts that I am shelling.  My calm evening was just interrupted as a thought came to me suddenly.Growing up, if I wanted to know about a Saturn 5 rocket or how a boiler worked, finding the answer required the next trip to Grandmother’s house in town.  I would seek out her encyclopedia and, assuming I remembered the question, I would begin searching.  Is that rocket under “R” for rocket … or “S” for Saturn 5?Sometimes, I would write a list of things I wanted to look up and would spend hours flipping through topics I was curious about, but it was ALL manual!As I recalled those days, I laughed as I sat back in my chair, formulated my question and pressed the call button on my Bluetooth.
