In an Olympic year it made sense that in the first series of Move Over Mama I source some Olympians to mentor Millie and our Move over Mama listeners. Our guest this week is our second Olympian and we move from the track to the pool. I just love being around this guest. She is not only a great listener, she is warm, funny and caring.
