Join us for this next 20 minutes as we talk with our Physiotherapy expert on Cancer Rehabilitation.  Christy has been practicing in various locations in Alberta and the UK since 1999.  She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1999 and hasn’t looked back since.  She has studied under Dr. Aung completing her Certificate in Medical Acupuncture from the U of A and is Gunn IMS certified.  She studied Graston Technique and has gone on to specialize in Oncology Rehabilitation; becoming certified in lymphatic therapy, and earning her specialization in Oncology Rehab from the Physiological Oncology Rehabilitation Institute in Denver, CO. Through her physical therapy journey she has learned that the journey never ends but is a series of beginnings that lead you to places you never thought you would go, and she brings this edge to all of her patient interactions. Christy shares her unique insight, skills and expertise for those who are facing their own challenges with a Cancer diagnosis.
