We’ve probably all had the experience of being unfairly judged by one superficial aspect that felt unfair. You may also have felt at times that other people don’t get your definition of success. It’s easy to get focused on the wrong metrics and it happens all the time in podcasting. Most people think podcast downloads are the be-all and end-all metric but that is blinding us to reality. Also, now that most podcasts are recorded with video, how should we be showing up for recordings?
