His academic journey includes studying Biochemistry at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and recently completing a Masters in International Affairs, with a focus on Cybermediation, at King’s College London. At heart a peacemaker, Mahlatse has provided consultancy services to various organizations in the realms of sports, education, and corporate sectors, specializing in mediation, dispute resolution, inclusive leadership, and organizational culture, among other areas. A dedicated family man, Mahlatse is happily married to his wife, Lusanda, and together they have three daughters. He is deeply committed to promoting values of collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning across various sectors, including business and NGOs. Whether it’s through his public speaking engagements, facilitating dialogues, or spending time with his family, Mahlatse is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world.
