On the verge of clinching playoffs - The Blue Turf

Erik Bergrud from the Kansas City Comets broadcast team and Thad Bell from the Kansas City Soccer Journal recorded the latest episode of The Blue Turf for the 2023-24 season and we are again NOT at the now "World Famous" Kansas City Soccer Dome but we will do our best to record there again soon. The Comets have won their last four games (three in regulation and one in overtime) and are very close to clinching a playoff spot. While the first quarter did not go well for the Comets, they responded and dominated the rest of the match and cruised to a win. That combined with an overtime loss by Baltimore brought them to one point away from clinching fourth place and a playoff spot.
