One Family, One Score: Be Humble

Philippians 2:1-11 contains one of the most beautiful hymns ever written. Many scholars think it was something that Paul was quoting, rather than creating. In it we see the incredible humility and exaltation of Christ. The passage opens with a declaration of the benefits we receive in Christ, it then follows with instructions for us to live by and concludes with the hymn, detailing how Jesus has set the ultimate example in humility.Shane Rayner22 March 2026
