However, the thrust of the show centered around the leadership ability of Al Canosa as an owner/manager.  A former CEO and Director of Raytech Corporation, (New York Stock Exchange Company) and international leader in vehicular powered transmission applications.  Al leads Raytech to a pretax earnings growth of 17% per year for 13 years straight.  In 2004 Al "kind of”  retired but went on to change a printing company, he invested in the early '90s into a major marketing company which is now called Mosaic Marketing. Al gave us great strategies on how to work with clients, vendors, and employees.
