from Keepin It Real w/Caramel "As We Say 100" · host Caramel Lucas

Rachael is a great person. Her fun fact is that she sings karaoke. She may not be good at it but she has fun do it. In the beginning of our conversation she was hard to break and finally I made her laugh..and I mean alot. She explained that she is a former 911 emergency operate and it's hard sometimes. She spoke about how much she loves writing and she can't life without writing. She told Keepin It Real that she was published when she was 38 and she never looked back. She has a couple of projects in the near future and I am super excited for Rachael. Let's read more about Rachael-ALL ABOUT RACHAEL: Rachael Tamayo is a former 911 emergency operator and police dispatcher. After twelve years in those dark depths, she’s gained a unique insight into mental illness, human behavior, and the general darkness of humanity that she likes to weave into her books. A formerly exclusive romance author tried her hand at thrillers in her award-winning novel, Crazy Love, and loved it so much that she decided not to turn back. Born and raised in Texas, Rachael lives in the Houston area with her husband of sixteen years, and their two small children. International bestselling author Rachael Tamayo is set to release her latest novel, the second book in the stand-alone Deadly Sins series, this July. Tangled Tree Publishing is proud to present the psychological, serial killer thriller “Carnal Knowledge.” “Carnal Knowledge” is a twisted tale of lust, but not the kind of lust that anyone is expecting. A woman is hunted by a killer in a world that is turned rapidly inside out as her life is put on a countdown by a madman. This killer has authorities baffled, and will leave readers with one question: What do you do when you know you’re on a serial killer’s hit list? One thing is certain, some appetites are best left unsatisfied. A serial killer on the loose, driven by darkness and obsession. A woman determined to not go down without a fight and refuses to be a victim. International bestselling author Rachael Tamayo is back with a highly anticipated Deadly Sins novel. With twists and turns to keep readers gripped, fans of Teresa Driscoll and Rachel Caine will be hooked in this unforgettable thriller. A note from the author Rachael Tamayo:Each deadly sin created is not only its own dark tale but something unexpected. Writing a story about lust could easily become cliché, but to twist something different, unexpected, and even a little shocking gives the sin an original focus. As a former romance author and the author of the supernatural thriller “Lucifer's Game”, this book took me to some dark places, but after reaching into those depths, the outcome was worth the ride. Readers can expect a twisted ending intended. It's layered with the unexpected, intended to grip its readers to the final gasp-inducing period. About the author: Author of the award-winning thriller, “Crazy Love,” and the internationally renowned domestic thriller, “Break My Bones,” Rachael Tamayo is a former 911 operator who takes her years of experience with the dark side of humanity and twists them into page-turning thrillers.
