One World, One Sound Celebrating South Africa’s Musical Harmony - 05 November 2025

This afternoon on The Lunch Break with Varshan Sookhun on Lotus FM, we celebrate the beauty of South Africa’s diverse musical landscape with two remarkable talents — Thulile Zama and Kerolin Govender. Thulile, a Music Award winner, SAMA nominee, and dynamic vocalist known for her work in Heels Over Head and Tribute to Mama Africa, joins us to share her journey through jazz, culture, and mentorship of emerging artists. Kerolin, an acclaimed Indian classical musician and National Arts and Culture Awards nominee, brings a unique global sound that bridges tradition and innovation. Together, they represent the spirit of “One World, One Sound” — a concert that celebrates unity through music.
