Bij een reorganisatie komt de Wet melding collectief ontslag sneller om de hoek kijken dan je denkt. Die melding geldt namelijk niet alleen voor ontslagen, maar ook voor functiewijzigingen. Arbeidsrechtadvocaat Marnix Ritmeester licht een uitspraak van de rechter toe die dat benadrukt.
