During our Open Spaces Event, we had Greg Ingleton speak, who is a member of the Green Adelaide Board. Greg's presentation was on Telemetry and Data Collection and was sponsored by Wildeye. Greg started his career as a farmer and, after completing his environmental science degree, moved into the water industry. After 18 years in SA Water Greg jumped ship to Sydney Water where he works on integrated water cycle management, focusing on recycled water use. Greg is a Board member of the Green Adelaide Board and also has his own company, Cool by Nature. His main aim in all these positions is to practically demonstrate the benefits of water for liveability and productivity through a circular economy lens. Coupled with this is his passion to use smart technology to monitor and to educate which hopefully results in the ability to influence strategic investment and inform policy. We had a mountain of positive feedback from Greg's presentation with it being engaging, and unique and how it changed the way people think about water usage in our community.
