Open to lead

We lift up everyone, including ourself, when we allow ourself to express our inspiration when we receive it in a centered state.  That includes leading and directing others, if we're optimally inspired.  I've limited the value I contribute by having embraced the belief I should "keep my nose out of other's business", and "I need to respect other's right to live as they choose".  All that's true, and at the same time, I need to allow my self to expess as inspired.  I just need to not be attached to the outcome of what I say, the impact it does or doesn't have.  I don't want to limit the expression of the value I have to offer.
