With 14 years of experience he has developed curriculum and systems for future hairdressers and now travels to share his knowledge with both seasoned and upcoming hairdressers. Lauren Norris aka: LA Norris has been styling and painting faces for the past 12 years, her experience includes bridal/special events, stage shows, education and work behind the chair.  Yes, she is the wife of Clinton and the 3rd team leader of CItizen Salon! (no doubt the glue)They have two beautiful children, Merrick and Indie Marie. (melt my heart)   Meet The Team: Lucas Doney — Native to Southern California, Lucas has always been fueled by creating, whether it’s behind the chair providing hair services or behind the camera. Starting his hair journey in Colorado, he returned home to San Diego to work at one of the top salons in the city. During his 10 years behind the chair, he fell in love with creating unique looks with an emphasis on precision. Lucas’ passion for education has led him to amazing opportunities all over the world. Clinton Norris — Anyone who is in the presence of Clinton knows his passion for the craft of haircutting and education. With his 14 years of experience, Clinton has worked behind the chair for hair industry leaders, developed curriculum and systems for the future of hairdressing and now travels to share his knowledge with seasoned and up and coming hairdressers. Lauren Norris — As a professionally trained & certified Hairstylist & Makeup Artist for 12 years, Lauren’s experience includes bridal/special events, stage shows, education and work behind the chair. Listening to others and providing a customized experience for each of her clients is what drives her success and has allowed her to grow in the industry. Lauren has had the opportunity to create and collaborate on many projects to include local and national makeup curriculum and business building tools.
