OS 1276: Happy Outdoor Fathers’ Day!!!

With Jeff out this week, Capt. Kevin and Capt. Kirk called on Ringpower Fishing Forecast co-host Capt. Scott Shank to join in the fun.  This was their first chance to talk about the Old School, so we got the inside scoop from Kevin.  And then it was on to the bait situation…yikes. But with it being Father’s Day weekend, the crew – along with several callers – talked about how their dads shared their love of the outdoors with them.  If you want to hear some great stories about some great fathers, this is the show for you! Here’s your L.V. Hiers gear tip of the week: Kevin’s wife Carrie left her paring knife in Steinhatchee so she had to find a replacement. The Tramontina paring knife she found is amazing! Crazy sharp! Here’s your Ring Power CAT tip of the week: There are a ton of fawns around right now. If you are planning to mow your property this Father’s Day weekend stick to roads and the front lawn. Stay out of fields and overgrown foot plots!
