Here’s your KirbyCo Builders, Inc cooking tip of the week from Captain Kirk! Venison Burgers   2 lbs of ground venison 1 vidalia onion Garlic powder Worcestershire Sauce Brown Sugar 1/2 lb of hickory smoked bacon Monterey Steak Seasoning   Take the bacon and chop into small pieces with a French or kitchen knife and set aside in a small bowl. Take the Vidalia onion and dice into small pieces. Roll the premade venison burger meat into the onions and blend it well. Add 2tbls of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of Monterey Steak Seasoning, teaspoon of garlic powder and 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce. Blend well and place in refrigerator for one hour.   Remove and add the bacon blending it well. Form into patties and cook. Enjoy!     Facebook
