OS 1321: Fish…and Chip!

With Jeff away doing some OSR in Virginia, Capt. Kevin and Capt. Kirk called in a favor from Capt. Chip Wingo, who sat in with them to talk…fishing, of course! Jeff did call in to talk about his fishing adventures up in his old stomping grounds, and he hung out for a while…which gave him the chance to listen in to Mike McCormick.
