Pan Fried Soft Shell Crab 4 soft shell crabs(cleaned) Flour Eggs Old Bay Peanut Oil Salt Half n Half Butter Garlic   Wash the crab and clean the lungs out Take flour about 1 cup and add 1/4tsp salt, 1/2 tablespoon of Old Bay Take 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of 1/2&1/2, splash of water and beat till mixed Take crabs n dredge in flour, dredge in egg mix & back to the flour. Fry until golden brown. In separate pan sauté 1 tbs of chopped garlic in 3/4 stick of butter Pour over finished crabs Facebook
