Here’s your Ring Power CAT tip of the week from Captain Kirk: Here’s a tip for folks that we use at the camp for fires in our pit. We start our fires with the normal small piece of fat liter/pine and split wood but we get the fire going with an inexpensive road flare inserted into the middle. Here’s your KirbyCo Builders’ Cooking Tip of the Week: Tera’s Grandmother made this every year for Thanksgiving. It goes great with anything… especially chili! Gigi’s Cornbread Casserole 2 eggs beaten 1/2 cup melted butter 1 cup sour cream 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 2 teaspoons sugar 1 small can creamed corn 1 small can kernel corn, drained Mix all ingredients together and pour into 13″ X 9″ baking dish. Bake at 350 for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown on top. Facebook
