Bill needs help with his picks, so he went to an expert Kevin Foody, AKA “Foody”, to come back on the pod. Bill refers to Foody as an expert, but Dan reminds us he is on the leader board in the Billified Pick ‘Em contest. The guys help Bill make his picks for the week. OJ Simpson was a guest on a show called, “It is What It Is!” and he made a 9-11 comment about New York that has people upset. Bill plays the audio and then says he would like to interview OJ because Bill is curious as to what life is really like for him being one of the most notorious people in American History, going from beloved athlete, spokesperson, actor on the small and silver screens to despised. Yet, as Bill points out many people took selfies with OJ last year at a Buffalo Bills game and Bill has been told by a friend who performes stand up in Vegas that OJ sleeps with a lot of young women! Bill has a new number one on his list of annoying groups of people, it is Pickle Ball enthusiasts replacing cross fit people. Also at the top of Dan and Kevin’s list are Craft Beer enthusiasts, Coffee Aficionados and Whiskey Connoisseurs. Kevin has people who do not put their carts back at stores at the top of his list and Danny has a list unto himself. Bill plays a news story about an arrest that he does not want tax dollars wasted on, he thinks Darwinism will take care of it. Bill plays another news story Dan thinks is the funniest the pod has ever done, Bill says the subject of the news story was living the dream! Danelo Cavalcante, the escaped murderer, who was on the lamb for about two weeks has been caught and law enforcement that caught him posed for a picture with him, like big game hunters. Bill thinks this is OK, people were living in fear of this man and law enforcement risks their lives, take the picture! A school district in the Greater Rochester area is voting whether or not to ban 5 books from the school library, one person brought a complaint about the books. Bill understands not wanting your child to have access, but says banning is not the answer and your kids are seeing things on line that you are oblivious about. Bill believes that before the next election the U.S. will enter a war with Russia and we may not win; the discussion is how to prevent it and that no one wins. Enjoy!
