This third Sunday of Advent, Pastor Darrell reminded us that Jesus is the God of joy through passages in John 16 and 15. There are countless ways the Lord brings us joy and they surpass the kind of joy the world gives. He brings us joy through His resurrection, through prayer, through abiding in Him and His love, through his first advent, and through hope for His second advent. Be encouraged today to meditate on all the ways we receive joy from the Lord Jesus Christ now and will receive joy from Him in the future.
