This second Sunday of Advent, Pastor Darrell reminded us that Jesus is the God of peace through passages in 1 Thessalonians 5 and 1 Thessalonians 3. Jesus brought us peace in the past, He is bringing it more fully in the future, and He brings it even NOW through His presence, His Spirit, and His Word. Do you know the power and peace of Jesus in your weakness? Let's ask Him to reveal Himself as the God of power and peace in our lives this Christmas and throughout the coming year.
