Sponsor: Parenting Website (book your session, mention our podcast, and get a 10% discount)   Air Fryer Air Fryer Zucchini Fries Coconut Shrimp Cauliflower Tots Pork Chops (Gina) Pork Chops (Nicole) Air Fryer Fish Crispy Potatoes Avocado Fries Chicken Wings Basil-Parmesan Crusted Salmon Salmon – 2 small fillets, 1 T Old Bay seasoning, 1 tsp brown sugar, mix together and spread on salmon. Lay salmon on a sprayed air fryer (skin side down) and cool at 350 for 8 minutes Hardboiled Eggs: Add to air fryer, air fry at 250 for 15 minutes, allow to cool for about 10 minutes   Pressure Cooker Mexican Quinoa Dinner Bowtie Pasta with Alfredo and Peas Taco Pasta Beef and Banana Peppers/Italian Beef (I know, sounds weird, but omg) Butter Chicken (add 1 tsp tandoori masala with other spices and 1 tsp dried fenugreek with the cream) Tikka Masala Chicken and Veggie Lo Mein Wild Rice Soup Insanely Easy Taco Pasta Spaghetti with Meat Sauce Carnitas – skip the broiling   Gina’s Air Fryer Gina’s Mom Win: Perfect Baked Cod and Ina Garten’s Roasted Turkey Roulade Nicole’s Mom Win: Frozen KIND Bars – Dark Chocolate Almond Sea Salt The post Our Favorite Air Fryer and Pressure Cooker Recipes appeared first on Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Intuitive Eating Columbus OH.
