Our Immigrant Story

Our grandparents couldnt read or write. Our families risked it all to get here. Flor and her mom went to a detention center. Most of our family here is illegal.   Not a pity story. Not a handout story. This is a story to inspire, stay motivated, and to add perspective. This story is common among immigrants. Ours by no means is entitled to justification of suffering. We both know families worse off.
