Our Love Story Thaddeus and Amanda Randolph

Thaddeus and Amanda Randolph retired U.S. Army veterans have experienced the highs and lows of marriage and lived through years of separation due to military deployments or assignments. Their Christian faith is the foundation for their 34-year marriage. This loving couple is the proud parents of two sons. Thaddeus has a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling and currently serves as Ministry Director at Strong Tower Church in Fredericksburg, VA. As a mentor, he coaches incarcerated men and teaches valuable life skills to practice upon release from prison. Mentoring teens in the Fredericksburg community is his passion.  Amanda has a Master of Arts in Human Services with a Marriage and Family focus. She currently serves as the Marriage Mentor Coordinator at Strong Tower Church, overseeing a team of 6 Marriage Mentor Couples. Thaddeus and Amanda are certified. Prepare/Enrich facilitators who enjoy helping couples build stronger, healthier marriages.Welcome to Rich Relationships  Where amazing things happen.
