Our physical body needs to keep pace with our spiritual growth

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

As I grow in my acceprtance of my strength and wisdom, my body needs to keep pace to allow that energy to flow freely through my body.  Blockages to that flow show up as pain.   I've meditatred on how to releive that pain and have my body more aligned with my insights and growing self acceptance/realization.  So far my inspiration has been to swim gently and focus on my breathing. I've written 13 books on making spiritual principles practical in one way or another.  Two that are highlighted in this podcasgt are "Believing in ourself, the master skill, and "Using engagement in the physical world as a tool for spiritual growth".  You can find lnks to these and my other books on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com I offer a free inroductory 30 minute coaching session in which you will gain a greater awareness of your thoughts and the freedom you have to choose to act on those thoughts or not.  To set up your free session, contac me at [email protected]
