'Our Voices Our Culture': A Special Big Breakfast Blaa Programme

'Our Voices Our Culture' was a special feature programe which ran today, May 29th on The Big Breakfast Blaa.  It featured a variety of voices, all very proud members of the travelling community here in Waterford. 'Our Voices Our Culture' These included students from St. Saviours National School, education support workers working with young traveller children in Waterford, families, strong women, and more. Also on air was a special musical performance from Mary Connors Aldridge, CEO of Minceiri Phort Lairge. Response to 'Our Voices Our Culture' The significant response to the feature programme this morning, as well as the engagement with the many videos across WLR social media platforms was greatly appreciated by all who participated in the programme. This special programme followed on from yesterday's event in Crystal Sports Centre marking Traveller Pride.
