Teased and self-conscious, she felt she missed out on much of life, despite her involvement in cheerleading, musical theater, dance, and piano during high school. She pursued her academic passions, earning a degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from UCSB and a Master's in Exercise Science from Cal State Long Beach, where she received multiple awards despite her ongoing battle with body image. Inspired by a friend's bodybuilding success, Juliana transformed her life through weightlifting, competing in two bikini fitness competitions. She now holds a Nutrition for Optimal Health, Wellness, and Sport specialty degree and is ACSM certified as a Personal Trainer and Clinical Exercise Physiologist. For over 11 years, Juliana has been a vital part of Cenegenics, applying her extensive health and wellness expertise to her role. You can find Juliana at: Instagram:  https://www.instagram.com/embyr_forever/Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/julianajasonphotography/LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/juliana-jason-84484b29/Website: https://cenegenics.com/sanfrancisco/Website: https://www.julianajasonphotography.com/Website: https://www.embyrforever.com/The Macro Perspective  is a podcast dedicated to all things health and fitness...whether it be fitness, nutrition, sex, success, and more.
