Keepin It Real conversation with J MENACE was so surreal. I enjoyed the conversation and the energy. Jamyn Harrold aka J Menace is a Father, a Businessman, Economic Investor, and National Recording Artist. J Menace has been through many trials in his life. He was going from shelter to shelter for most of his younger days. He was unaware that he was poor and just lived a life empowering his intellect. He saw life differently than most of his peers. J Menace faced many obstacles and challenges and overcame them all. The hardcore life of the streets can be cold and painful, but it also taught the musical genius how to navigate thru life with a purpose that will always inspire him as a man. In 2015 J Menace and his crew, who were more like family " Thad Lu, Goonie Da Godd, King Kwan & Mz. Legit" named "R.U.M.O.R.S," and they took the city of Chicago by storm. He was making an impact in the streets as the masses engaged in their new sound. The world would soon find out that the latest Hip Hop group was the real deal. As the group parted ways and his solo careers started, it wasn't long before the birth of the new age trap rapper J Menace was introduced to the world. At the age of sixteen, he signed his first record deal with Def Jam. His career expediently took flight, and before he knew it, this music extraordinaire was at the next level in the music industry. Executives then took notice of the street-savvy trap style and clarification of his music. J Menace was no ordinary trap rapper. The sound of his music was something much more than typical. It gave the listener and consumer the feeling of what J Menace had experienced in his life. That effort led to a very recent single release called “Just Getting Hot.” In addition to that, he’s supplemented his work with music videos that took you as a listener to another place mentally. In addition to gaining considerable recognition from his fans, J Menace has also garnered a few awards. The most influential one to him is the award of 2018 for "Underground Artist of the Year" This is what he considered to be the turning point in his music career. In March 2022, he revamped some things and gave his fans a New Album, "a Night to Purge," and once again, he kept heads bouncing and people talking. After releasing a sneak peek on the hit "CHAINS" that went viral, with over 44k views within 4 mins 41secs on social media, and within five days. J Menace gave the people what they were all waiting for, the hit video to "CHAINS" the fans went crazy. Unbeknownst to him, Everyone was already vibing to and lip singing " FINESSE" ft Chicago's Very Own Holli D Bars & Fox Montana. We can't wait to see what he gives the fans next! J Menace is more than music. He understands the levels of being a significant music influencer. Therefore, his music engages and connects with a target marketing audience of various ages. The brand is proliferating. With the current release of the New Album "A Night To Purge," consumers and listeners can understand how he paints his canvas of life through the art of his music.
