Owning Leadership #5 – The Campfire

In this episode of the Owning Leadership Podcast, Marshall continues the journey of growing ourselves and our business. During the last four episodes, we started a trip up the mountain – a mountain that represents our journey in life and our dreams of success. We started the journey only to find we had to make a decision – to brave the wilds of the forest by going over the hill and losing sight of the way home or stopping at this first significant challenge. We learned in Episode Four to justify and reward ourselves for stepping off the trail and taking a well-deserved break on our journey to our dreams.
