We're thrilled to welcome our next guest to our OYE podcast series. Just in time for his new release on OYE Records. Carl will be releasing a new solo EP titled Baby G in November 2025. Please have a listen. Carl Hang is a DJ and producer from Berlin. Over the past few years, his unique approach to blend a wide range of dance music styles has taken him across Germany’s club and festival circuit. From Disco, Electro, Funk, and House to Ghettotech, Hip hop, Punk, and even Rock – Carl leaves no genre untouched, as long as it moves the dancefloor. He has released several hip hop albums as part of the duo Hang & Otto, and explored G-Funk with Wall Ra under the name Wall Ra & CeeCee. His solo projects include the Flying Crossfader EP, and he has also contributed remixes such as KULTUR EDIT – Remix – BORNA SAYE. Renowned for his turntablism, Carl is also a skilled scratch DJ. His scratching can be heard on various projects by artists and collectives like Sonos Cliq, Tiefbasskommando, Pavelo & Schnell, DJ Swagger, SQF2000, and others.
