Ectopic pregnancy. Most will occur in fallopian tube. Risk factors include prior ectopic pregnancy, tubal ligation, and infection. Triad of amenorrhea, vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain. Diagnosed with HCG and ultrasound. Treatment includes observation, methotrexate, and surgery.
