Pacey Performance Podcast #23 - Ron McKeefery (Director of Strength & Conditioning at Eastern Michigan University)

from Pacey Performance Podcast · host Robert Pacey

In this episode I feel like a real student as I am speaking with host of Iron Game Chalk Talk and Director of Strength & Conditioning at Eastern Michigan University, Ron McKeefery. Ron has been putting out podcasts for a while now and the content he puts out in various other avenues is superb. The Iron Game Chalk Talk is pushing 100 episodes now and his show is definitely something I aspire for this podcast. In this episode we speak about his philosophy as a strength coach, his top pieces of advice for guys new to the game & what the journey looks like for one of his athletes. It was such a pleasure to speak with someone of Ron's vast experience in so many aspects of strength & conditioning. His passion for the industry is so evident and I felt very inspired after this episode.   You can keep up to date with everything that's going on with the podcast by following me on Twitter @paceyperform.
