from Pacey Performance Podcast · host Robert Pacey

In this episode of the Pacey Performance Podcast I am speaking with ex Great Britain sprinter, Craig Pickering. Craig has a really cool story having come through the ranks in athletics to represent Great Britain with a PB of 10.14 in the 100m and a world championship bronze in the 4x100m (2007). Craig went on to be 1 of only 8 people to represent their country at the summer and winter Olympics when he switched to bobsleigh.    In this episode you will learn –    Who is Craig Pickering  What a normal week looks like for an elite sprinter  Which coaches have influenced Craig the most  How you can manage load throughout the week  Differences between in-season and off-season training for a sprinter  How sprinting can be taught to non-sprinters  Common sprinting faults seen in team sport athletes    Check out Craig's blog at craigpickering.com Keep up to date with everything that is going on with the podcast by following me on Twitter @paceyperform or visiting paceyperformance.co.uk.    Enjoy  PP
